Shipping to New Zealand

We deliver to addresses right across New Zealand, and most of our products come with free shipping.

Dispatch: orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days after full payment is received, and most items within 24 hours.

Delivery: orders are shipped directly to your door with Australia Post's tracked international service. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days to main centres after dispatch. Rural and remote addresses can take longer. These are Australia Post's estimates and can be affected by customs clearance or events outside our control.

Tracking: once your order has been dispatched we email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel at auspost.com.au/mypost/track.

Shipping address guide

Packages can be sent to your billing address or to another address, which you can choose on the shipping address page at checkout. If you have an account with Heys.co.nz, sign in before checkout to select a saved address.

Please make sure your address and contact number are correct and current, as we take no responsibility for items sent to old addresses. Include a business name if the order is going to a business address.
